Julie Corcoran

Julie Corcoran is the Director and Counsel of Government Affairs and Public Policy at Bayer, where they manage strategic plans on legislative and regulatory priorities that impact various healthcare divisions. Julie has also served as Deputy Vice President of State Policy and Director/Senior Director at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, focusing on advocacy and policy development. Their earlier roles include Majority Counsel for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and Associate Independent Counsel for both Kenneth Starr and David M. Barrett. Julie holds a BA in Spanish and Political Science from Denison University and a JD from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law.
