Juma Collins has extensive experience in market development within the agricultural sector, particularly in vegetable seeds. At Bayer, roles included Market Development Manager for East Africa and Africa, leading teams to generate demand for Bayer Vegetable Seed products, managing resources, and overseeing product development and strategic planning. Prior experience includes serving as a Market Development Representative, where execution of field-testing programs was critical in supporting product positioning across several East African markets. Juma's career began as a Senior Field Technician at Western Seed Company, followed by a Research Associate position at CIMMYT, where responsibilities involved supervising maize breeding activities and managing trials.
