Kaisa Laapas is a Lead Statistician at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, bringing extensive experience from the pharmaceutical industry. With a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Helsinki and a minor in Economics from Aalto Open University, Kaisa excels in statistical modeling, clinical trials, and people management.
