Karsten Hahm

Karsten Hahm has extensive experience in supply chain management, with a career spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry. Since January 2007, Karsten has held various roles at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, including Program Lead for PH SCM IT Strategy & S/4HANA, Head of SC Excellence, Strategy & Processes, and Supply Chain projects and Risk Coordinator. Prior to this, Karsten worked at Schering from September 2001 to December 2006 as Global Coordinator for Product Change Management and Supply Chain Planner. Karsten holds a Master of Science degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing from the University of Technology, Business and Design Wismar (2007-2009) and a Diploma in Business Studies from the University of Cooperative Education Berlin (1998-2001).
