Kat Gomez is currently the HR Capability Community Lead for Rewards at Bayer, having served as a Total Rewards Benchmarking Senior Expert since 2022. Prior to this, Kat worked at Willis Towers Watson from 2016 to 2018 in various roles including Benefits Analyst and Team Lead/People Manager in Valuation Management. Kat's earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resources Associate at Makati Development Corporation from 2014 to 2016. In terms of education, Kat earned a Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines between 2019 and 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations at the same institution, expected to complete in 2025, following a Bachelor’s degree in Business Teacher Education, Business Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2014.
