Katie Cornish, EMBA, is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in digital engagement and marketing effectiveness. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing Effectiveness at Bayer since September 2021, Katie has previously held significant roles at Novartis, including Global Head of Digital Engagement Solutions and Executive Director for Digital Communications, where responsibilities included leading impactful digital content strategies and overseeing a dedicated team. Prior positions at Nintendo involved managing social media and influencer marketing efforts that significantly expanded brand presence. Katie began their career in marketing roles at Wasserman Media Group, PMK*BNC, and Manning Selvage & Lee. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Maryland and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
