Kyle Strachila

Kyle Strachila is currently the Integrated Portfolio Lead at Bayer, where they contribute to the growth of agriculture and food systems. They have a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Washington State University, where they also served as Vice President of the Student Body. Previously, Kyle worked as a Field Sales Representative at Bayer Crop Science, managing relationships with more than 60 retail customers across various crops. Their early experience includes serving as State Vice President for the Washington FFA Association and working on the family dairy farm.
