Lais da Silva

Lais da Silva, MDRA, is currently the Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, a position held since 2020. They previously served as the Global Regulatory Affairs Manager at medac GmbH from 2018 to 2020 and as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at PharmaLex from 2017 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Lais worked as a Regulatory Affairs Manager at PharmaLex GmbH from 2012 to 2016 and held a role in Regulatory Affairs at Merck Group from 2010 to 2012. Lais earned a Master’s Degree in Drug Regulatory Affairs from The University of Bonn, completing the program in 2018.
