Lasse Poukka

Lasse Poukka is an HR professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Development and management. Currently serving as the People Partner and HR Country Lead for Finland at Bayer, Lasse has previously held positions as an HR Manager at Neste and an HR-Specialist at STX Finland Cruise. They have a strong background in recruitment, employee development, and HR processes, demonstrated through roles at various organizations including Neste and Wärtsilä. Lasse holds an MBA in Business and Administration from Turku University of Applied Sciences and has pursued further education in adult education and competence-based qualifications.
