Lauren Hackbarth is currently a Plant Genotyping R&D Specialist II at Bayer, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Wisconsin-Extension from January 2020 to July 2022, serving as State 4-H Administrative Assistant and General Programs Student Assistant, as well as a Sweet Corn Research Intern at Illinois Foundation Seeds, Inc. during the summer of 2021. Lauren is pursuing a Master of Science in Plant Breeding at Iowa State University, expected to graduate in May 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2022. High school education was obtained at Antigo High School from 2014 to 2018.
