Lauren Rawlins is the Director of Purification at Bayer and the lead of the BayAfro BRG for the Berkeley site. They previously held positions as a Production Operator and Associate Director at Bayer between 2003 and 2021. Lauren has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Laney College, completed in 2021, and is passionate about people development while leading a team that produces a life-saving drug.
