Lies Gerlag has extensive experience in trade lane management and compliance within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as a Trade Lane Specialist at Bayer Crop Science since August 2018, Lies previously held a similar position at Monsanto Company from January 2009 and also worked as a Trade and Compliance Coordinator, overseeing a team of document coordinators. Lies initiated a career at De Ruiter Seeds, where responsibilities included the management of all export documents as an Employee Bureau Planning Documents and also included a role as a Packing Employee.
