Dr. Linc Chen is currently the Director of CMC&Technology China at Bayer Pharma, where they lead the CMC and technology group within R&D. They specialize in CMC development, drug delivery innovations, and global R&D. Previously, Linc held roles as R&D Manager at GlaxoSmithKline and as a Scientist and Project Leader at Novozymes, contributing significantly to clinical supply management and innovation development in China. Linc earned a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from Stony Brook University.
