Louisa Bock is a Strategic Talent Marketing Manager with a passion for sustainable, skill-based hiring and fostering a diversity-driven culture. They have held various HR roles across leading companies, including serving as Employer Branding & Early Talent Lead EMEA at Bayer and Corporate HR Manager at Basic American Foods. Louisa's career began with an HR internship at Janssen Inc. and has included diverse experiences at Roche, where they gained expertise in global HR management. Currently, Louisa is pursuing a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology at the University of Cologne.
