Luiza Barba is a chemical engineer with a focus on agriculture and innovation since 2018. Currently serving as the Digital Solutions & New Business Models Innovation Manager at Bayer for Latin America, Luiza leads efforts to co-create solutions that are desirable, viable, and feasible. Luiza previously held roles at Bayer, Monsanto, and Nestlé, gaining experience in various aspects of commercial operations and project management. Luiza earned a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from MBA USP/Esalq and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from IMT - Mauá. Outside of work, Luiza enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, and spending time at home with cats.
