Lynn Han

Lynn Han is a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert at Bayer, where they manage end-to-end recruiting activities for R&D and participate in local and global HR projects since 2018. Prior to their current role, Lynn worked as a Talent Acquisition professional at HRS Group, where they successfully built an APAC Product Development team and led various global talent projects between 2014 and 2018. They also served as a Senior Consultant at Cornerstone Global Partners and an Associate Consultant at Career International, focusing on recruiting for multinational companies in the consumer sector. Lynn holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Shanghai University.
