Marina Menin is currently the Head of Carbon Venture Latam at Bayer. With prior experience as the Soybean & Cotton Commercial Director and in various marketing roles at Bayer Crop Science, Marina has a strong background in agricultural strategy. They began their career with an internship at Monsanto and have also held positions related to commercial representation and research in agronomy. Marina completed a degree in Agronomy from Universidade Estadual de Maringá and is currently pursuing further education at Universidade Estadual de Londrina.
