Mark Whitson

Mark Whitson is currently the U.S. Security Operations Manager at Bayer, overseeing all security functions within the United States. Previously, Mark served in various roles at Bayer, including as the US Protection Operations Lead, and held a long tenure with the St. Louis County Police Department, retiring as a Sergeant after 35 years of service. Mark also worked as an Executive Protection Specialist at Monsanto Company. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement Management from Sterling College and a Master’s Degree in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. Passionate about continuous learning and inspiring others, Mark strives to create a safe environment for organizational leaders.
