Martin D.

Martin D. has extensive experience in process and plant safety, as well as chemical safety, primarily within the Bayer and BASF organizations. From October 2023 to December 2016, Martin served as Head of MZT-Plant at Bayer and was also involved in various roles focused on safety in plant operations. Notably, Martin held the position of Deputy Plant Manager at Bayer Crop Science from April 2018 to September 2023, overseeing multiple production setups and optimizing processes for efficiency, waste reduction, and energy consumption. Additionally, responsibilities included compliance with REACH regulations and conducting comprehensive safety reviews across the plant. Martin D. is an alumnus of Technische Universität Clausthal.
