Matthew Boyle

Matthew Boyle is a seasoned manufacturing leader with over twenty years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production Management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Supplier Quality for Radiology Medical Devices at Bayer, they have held multiple roles within the company since 2019, including positions as Dep. Director in Site Engineering, New Product Introduction, and Site Quality Head. Prior to their tenure at Bayer, they worked at Sony Electronics in various management roles and served as Sr. Quality Engineering Manager at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 2006 to 2012. Matthew holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
