Matthias Rauck

Matthias Rauck is the Head of the global HSE Academy at Bayer, where they define the scope and content of the academy while developing training materials. With a strong background in energy management and engineering, Matthias held various roles at Bayer, including Project Manager and Head of Bayer Technology Services India. They also served as Head of QHSE for Bayer Crop Science in Asia Pacific, overseeing quality, health, safety, and environmental governance. Matthias began their career as a Project Engineer at Deutsche Babcock and completed a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
