Laboratory Head Process Research at Bayer

Matthieu Willot is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry with extensive experience in process research and pest control. Currently serving as Laboratory Head at Bayer since July 2015, Matthieu leads projects in advanced insecticidal chemical classes and manages a team of research associates while fostering collaborations with external contract research organizations. Prior to this, Matthieu held the role of Project Leader at NovAliX, providing expertise in R&D in partnership with Janssen-Cilag, where responsibilities included designing and synthesizing diversified scaffolds and managing research assistants. Matthieu's academic background includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles and degrees in Chemistry from Paris VI University and ESPCI Paris.
