MengMeng Lin

MengMeng Lin is currently the Senior Director of New Product Commercialization for China at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they draw on a decade of project management and R&D management experience from leading international pharma and biotech companies as well as academia. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Bayer and served as Project Director and R&D Manager at Novozymes, driving new product development in multiple sectors. MengMeng completed a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Keele University and holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Nanotechnology from Newcastle University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Animal and Plant Biotechnology from The University of Hong Kong. Their research work has resulted in published papers and a patent application, reflecting their strong background in critical thinking and innovation.
