Michael Chapman

Michael Chapman is an Associate Director and the Global Head of Allergy CMC category at Bayer, where they drive innovation through rigorous problem-solving and project management. They hold a PhD in Process Chemistry & Catalysis from the University of Leeds and have an extensive background in pharmaceutical development, including roles at Indivior and Reckitt. With over 20 publications and patents, Michael specializes in early drug substance development, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. They are currently pursuing QP relevant qualifications and are Lean 6s & PRINCE2 qualified.
