Michael Lurie

Michael Lurie is the Chief Catalyst at Bayer, where they focus on transforming the global life sciences organization into a dynamic value creation system. With over thirty years of experience, Michael has worked with more than 200 organizations worldwide, supporting their transition from the industrial to the digital economy. Previously, they co-founded and led several consulting firms, including Goodman Lurie Limited and Conneq, Inc., and held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and The Ken Blanchard Companies. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems, both from the University of the Witwatersrand.
