Michael Noderer is currently the Senior Director of Drug Delivery Systems at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Previously, they served as an Associate Principal Engineer at AstraZeneca, leading the development of commercial products and enhancing technical capabilities within the team. With 15 years of experience in device and combination product development, Michael has successfully led projects from feasibility studies to regulatory submissions, including the technical lead for Sanofi’s Lyxumia/Adlyxin and Toujeo devices. Michael holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Product Development & Manufacturing.
