Michael Oertlin is currently the Environmental Manager for HSE at Bayer Crop Science Switzerland AG. With extensive experience in environmental health and safety management, Michael has previously held senior roles at SI Group and ARA Rhein AG, contributing to EHSQ and quality systems across the EMEA region. Michael began their career in quality assurance management roles at Forbo Movement Systems and Autokabel Hausen, and has also served as a course leader at DEKRA Akademie GmbH. Michael holds a degree in Geography from Universität Basel and a qualification in Quality Management from DEKRA Akademie Freiburg.
