Michael Strerath is currently the Head of Antibody Discovery & Engineering at Bayer, a position held since 2020. Previously, Michael served as Group Leader of Primary Screening at DIREVO Biotech AG from 2007 to 2009, and held roles in Labhead Screening & Automation, as well as Head of Screening & Automation, at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 2009 to 2011. Michael earned a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from Universität Konstanz and holds degrees in Biochemistry from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and Diplom in Chemistry from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf.
