Miguel Reyes is a Digital Site Lead Manager at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they focus on digital transformation and quality systems. They hold a degree in Biotechnology from Tecnológico de Monterrey and have completed a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification, enhancing their ability to improve product and process development. Miguel has previously worked as a Quality Control Supervisor and held various roles during their traineeship at Bayer, including assignments in quality and production areas. Prior to their time at Bayer, they contributed as a Project Assistant at Danone, optimizing production processes for the “Activia Bipack” product.
