Mike Dubbs

Mike Dubbs is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Director of Indirect Procurement at Bayer since 2019. Prior to this role, Mike held several key positions at Monsanto Company, including Director of IT Procurement and Category Lead for Global Procurement, from 2014 to 2019. Mike's career in procurement began at BJC HealthCare, where operations were managed from 2001 to 2007. In addition to current responsibilities, Mike serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for Kare AI Inc. from 2023 to December 2024. Academically, Mike earned a Bachelor of Biological Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Master of Business Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
