Mike Grove

Mike Grove is currently the Director of External Operations for EU Medical Devices at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, a position they have held since 2020. They previously served as a Virtual Site Manager at Bayer from 2018 to 2020 and have extensive experience in procurement and sourcing roles at Bayer HealthCare and other companies. Mike holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and Purdue University, respectively, and began their career as an Industrial Engineering Co-Op at Westinghouse Electro-Mechanical Division. Prior to their time at Bayer, they held positions at Wausau Insurance, HJ Heinz, and Medrad.
