Mike Hays is currently the Global Program Lead for Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) at Bayer, overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing business risk management and user experience. Previously, Mike held various roles in security and infrastructure, including Global Head of Vulnerability & Reputation Management at Bayer and Information Security Manager at Monsanto Company. With a background in automating security standards and leading major security initiatives across organizations, Mike has consistently improved security postures and reduced vulnerabilities in business operations. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bellarmine University, contributing a strong educational foundation to a robust career in cybersecurity.
