Mike Tran is currently the Digital Lead for Site Investments within the Engineering department at Bayer, where they are involved in advancing digitalization in engineering through Building Information Modeling (BIM). Mike collaborates with external partners and project teams to develop and implement company-wide BIM strategies, guidelines, and quality measures for global investment projects. Previously, Mike held roles such as Lead Engineer in BIM Management and Engineer in Process & Piping at KEYNES Planungsgesellschaft MbH, and also worked as a Material Scientist at Forschungszentrum Jülich. Currently, Mike is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Process Engineering from Hochschule Niederrhein and a Master's degree in International Project Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund. As a champion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Mike advocates for an inclusive environment that values all individuals.
