Mimi Ricketts

Mimi Ricketts is an experienced communication professional with a robust background in strategic communication and internal engagement. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Strategic Communications for North America at Bayer Crop Science since June 2019, Mimi Ricketts leads communications initiatives across digital and social channels as well as executive communications. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Communications at Bayer, where Mimi Ricketts managed change communications for the integration of Monsanto and Bayer systems, and various leadership positions at Monsanto Company, focusing on internal communications for the Global Supply Chain and product launch strategies. Additionally, experience includes serving as Communications Director at the National Corn Growers Association and working at Thomson Learning as Communications Manager. Educational qualifications include a degree in Journalism and English from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
