Min (Judy) Zhao is the Senior Director and APAC Strategy Lead at Bayer, where they drive clinical development innovation and strategic partnerships across the Pharma product portfolio in the APAC region. Previously, they held a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Texas A&M University and Baylor Scott & White Eye Institute, and served as a Visiting Scholar at Baylor Scott & White Health. Min has also worked as an Ophthalmologist at Peking University, progressing from resident to attending physician. They earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Peking University in 2011.
