Mladen Radoev

Mladen Radoev is the NALAN Hybrid Crops Commercial Development Breeding Lead at Bayer Crop Science, where they lead a team of breeders in developing and evaluating commercial crop pipelines. With over a decade of experience in corn breeding, Mladen has significantly impacted projects across Southern Europe and North America, including managing the breeding pipeline from genetic resource management to product advancement. Mladen previously held positions at Monsanto Company, where they led global germplasm enhancement breeding efforts. They hold a PhD in Plant Breeding and Genetics from The University of Göttingen and master's and bachelor's degrees in Plant Biotechnology and Plant Protection from Agraren Universitet.
