Nagehan Arslan possesses extensive experience in trade compliance and logistics within the agricultural sector, having worked at Monsanto Company from January 2009 to February 2015 in various roles, including Import Export Logistics Coordinator, Trade Compliance Coordinator for East Europe & MECA, and Trade Compliance Enablement Lead for EMEA. Responsibilities included managing import-export flows, leading trade compliance activities, developing guidelines, and conducting training across EMEA. Subsequent experience at Bayer Crop Science involved serving as Head of Customs Audit & Training for EMEA International Trade & Customs Compliance, overseeing personnel management and customs audits while ensuring effective training for the organization. Nagehan Arslan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Uludag University.
