Nalini Satar, MSc., is a seasoned quality leader with over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Country Quality Head at Bayer Canada, Nalini excels in developing quality strategies that ensure compliance and operational excellence. They have held various key roles at Bayer, including Deputy Head of Quality and QA Manager, where they managed audits and compliance activities. Nalini also has a strong educational foundation, holding a Master’s in Quality Assurance from California State University and several certifications in pharmaceutical quality management.
