Nathan Scheiderer

Nathan Scheiderer is a data enthusiast and community builder currently serving as the Director of Science Solutions Architecture at Bayer Crop Science. With extensive experience in data engineering, they previously held roles as a Lead Data Engineer and Data Scientist at Bayer and Climate, respectively. Nathan's background also includes teaching as an Agriculture Instructor and managing the Missouri FFA Public Speaking Academy. They hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Teacher Education. Nathan is passionate about mentoring colleagues and driving process improvements within their teams.
