Nils Koster

Nils Koster is an experienced leader in supply chain and operations within the agricultural sector, currently serving as EMEA Row Crops Supply Lead at Bayer since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing the Row Crops Supply organization to ensure seed delivery across EMEA markets. Prior to this role, Nils held significant positions at Monsanto Company, including Africa Supply Chain Lead and various leadership roles in seed manufacturing across Latin America. Nils also contributed to seed production strategy at De Ruiter Seeds and has a solid educational background with an MSc in Horticulture from Wageningen University & Research and a BSc in Tropical Agriculture from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
