Okan Bayel is currently the Category Head for Nutritionals at Bayer CH, having previously held the same position for Dermatology. Okan’s experience includes serving as a Group Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager for Bepanthol products. Prior to joining Bayer, Okan worked as a Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager at Eti, while also gaining experience as a Marketing Intern at Unilever and L'Oréal. Okan earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Sabancı University, graduating in 2014.
