Olga Marchenko

Olga Marchenko is currently the Vice President and Head of Clinical Statistics & Analytics at Bayer, where they lead strategic initiatives in statistical analysis. They have held previous leadership roles at QuintilesIMS and i3 Statprobe, specializing in biostatistics and drug development analytics. Olga began their career as a Research Assistant at Belaruski Dziarzhauny Universitet and later worked as a Manager of Clinical Statistics at Pfizer. They earned a PhD in Statistics from the University of Michigan and have been recognized as a Fellow of the American Statistical Association.
