Olga Prokopenko

Olga Prokopenko is currently serving as an Assignment Manager at Bayer since November 2022, after an extensive tenure as an HR Specialist at Bayer Business Services from June 2014 to November 2022. Prior to this, Olga worked as an HR Training and Development Specialist at Troika Dialog Investment Company from August 2008 to March 2012, where responsibilities included managing the company-wide internship program, administering the Management Development Program, and supporting the internal e-learning platform. Olga holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Российский Университет Дружбы Народов (РУДН) (2004-2008) and completed studies in German at Inlingua Köln (2012-2014).
