Özcan Çoban

Özcan Çoban is currently the Country HSE & Security Head at Bayer, a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, Özcan served as a Facility and HSE & Country Security Manager and was responsible for the management of various safety and security functions across the company's headquarters and regional offices. Özcan's earlier experience includes serving as the Utilities & HSE Supervisor at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 2006 and as the İşletme Müdürü at Doğu Paslanmaz Makina Sanayi from 1995 to 1998. Özcan earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University, completing their studies in 2002.
