Ozlem Arisoy

Ozlem Arisoy, PhD, is a seasoned digital and IT leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the VP of IT Pharma Commercial America at Bayer since 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Bayer, including Head of Business Services and Country Head of Information Technology, where they led significant operational and strategic initiatives. Ozlem has also contributed to academia as a part-time faculty lecturer at Özyeğin University and an adjunct at New Jersey Institute of Technology. Early in their career, they worked as a research associate at the University of Pittsburgh and as a consultant at Deloitte, where they specialized in strategy and operations. Ozlem earned a PhD and MSc from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a BS from Boğaziçi University.
