Pablo Arguedas is the Heredia Site Head at Bayer, where they leverage extensive experience in the medical device industry, including roles as Production Manager and Supply Chain Manager. With a strong background in medical devices, change control, validation, and quality management, Pablo has demonstrated leadership in various supply chain and logistics positions at companies such as MicroVention, ArthroCare, and Kraft Foods. They hold an MBA in Industrial Management and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Commerce from universities in Costa Rica.
