Paulo Soares

Paulo Soares is the Head of Finance in Mexico for Bayer, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Paulo served as the Head of Finance for the Andean Countries, Central America, and the Caribbean at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 2020 to 2025, and held various finance and risk management positions within Bayer CropScience between 2013 and 2017. Paulo's career began in the technology field, working as a Computer Technician at Microsul Comércio e Serviços para Informática Ltda from 1998 to 2001, followed by a Quality Assurance Analyst role at NEXTEL TELECOMUNICAÇÕES LTDA from 2001 to 2006. Paulo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo and an MBA from Insper.
