Ploytabtim Y. is currently the Country HR Lead for Bayer in Thailand, Myanmar, and Cambodia, a position held since 2018. Previously, Ploytabtim served as the Head of HR for Alcon from 2012 to 2018 and as an HR Manager for Quintiles in Thailand and Vietnam from 2010 to 2012.
