Азат Кайбышев

Азат Кайбышев is currently the Head of Technical Support at Covestro Integrated Site Shanghai, where they manage equipment reliability, material management, and technical standardization. Previously, they served as the Executive Managing Director at Bayer Elets Production LLC since 2021, and held various positions at Covestro, including Head of Technical Support and Site Manager. Азат also has experience in production management and HSE roles at companies such as Fibrotec and Bayer MaterialScience, and they have contributed to the design and engineering of petrochemical processes. They hold a PhD in Petrochemistry from Ufa State Petroleum Technical University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Московская Международная Высшая Школа Бизнеса «МИРБИС».
