Rachel Lamb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and communication skills. Currently serving as the Global Lead for the Bayer Leadership Academy and as a Global Performance & Development Learning Experience Leader at Bayer since December 2019, Rachel Lamb has held multiple roles including Senior Leadership Expert and Leadership Development in US Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, Rachel Lamb was a Global Learning & Development Consultant and Coach at Exec|Comm from February 2011 to December 2019. Rachel Lamb's earlier career includes positions such as Event Sales Manager at Hard Rock International, Director of Corporate Giving at Harlem Children's Zone, and Analyst in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs.
